These Terms and Conditions govern the installation and technical services provided by Ewatchmen Security Solutions. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Scope of Services

Ewatchmen provides installation, configuration, and maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • CCTV Camera Installation

  • IP Camera Setup

  • Burglar Alarm Systems

  • Biometric Attendance Machines

  • LAN Network Setup

  • Computer Hardware and Software Installation

All services are provided for residential homes, offices, and small businesses.


2. Site Inspection

In certain cases, a site inspection may be required before installation.

  • A site visit charge may apply depending on the location and complexity of the installation.

  • The inspection helps determine wiring requirements, camera positions, and equipment compatibility.


3. Installation Charges

Installation charges depend on factors such as:

  • Number of devices to be installed

  • Cable length and routing requirements

  • Wall drilling and mounting complexity

  • Additional materials required

Any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding with installation.


4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide access to the installation location.

  • Ensure electricity and internet connectivity (if required) are available.

  • Obtain permission from building management if drilling or wiring is required.

Ewatchmen is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or necessary permissions.


5. Equipment Warranty

  • Product warranties are provided only by the manufacturer or supplier.

  • Ewatchmen provides installation workmanship support for the installation performed.

  • Warranty terms for equipment may vary depending on the brand.


6. Damage and Liability

Our technicians take care during installation; however:

  • Minor drilling marks or wall modifications may occur during installation.

  • Ewatchmen is not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses or concealed wiring/pipes within walls.


7. Service Area

Ewatchmen primarily serves Delhi and nearby areas, including but not limited to:

  • Saket

  • Khanpur

  • Malviya Nagar

  • Pushp Vihar

  • Dr. Ambedkar Nagar

  • Pincode 110062

Service availability may vary depending on location.


8. Payment Terms

Payment terms may include:

  • Full payment after installation completion

  • Partial advance for equipment purchase (if applicable)

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or digital payment.


9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment by informing us in advance.

Ewatchmen reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as technician availability or weather conditions.


10. Support and Maintenance

Post-installation support may include:

  • Basic troubleshooting assistance

  • Guidance on system operation

Extended maintenance services may be provided separately if requested.
